Privacy and Cookie Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

This website collects personal information in three ways: the contact form, which sends us your name, email, phone number and message; the server logs our host keeps when your browser requests a page; and, only if you allow them in the cookie banner, analytics and advertising cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you turn them on. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page. This policy explains what each one collects, who receives it, and how to ask us about your information.

This policy covers www.thetrafficticketattorneys.com, operated by The Traffic Ticket Attorneys, 314 E Broadway Ste B, Glendale, CA 91205.

What We Collect and Where It Comes From

Contact detailsYour first and last name, email address and, if you give it, your phone numberYou, through the contact form
Your messageWhatever you write in the message boxYou, through the contact form
Device and connection dataYour IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the requestYour browser, automatically, when it requests a page from our host
Site use (analytics)The pages you view, how you reached the site, your approximate location derived from your IP address, your device type, and two events: a contact form submission and a tap or click on our phone numberGoogle Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
Ad response (advertising)Whether you reached the site from one of our Google ads, and whether you then sent the contact formGoogle Ads, only if you accept advertising cookies

The form submission and phone events record that the action happened and on which page. They do not contain anything you typed into the form or the phone number you call from.

This site has no chat window, no comments, no user accounts and no online payments.

How We Use It

  • Contact details and your message: to read your inquiry and reply to it by email or phone.
  • Device and connection data: to deliver the site to you, and to keep it secure and working.
  • Site use: to see which pages visitors read and which lead them to contact us, so we can improve the site.
  • Ad response: to measure whether our Google ads lead to inquiries.

We do not use sensitive personal information from this site to draw conclusions about you.

Who Receives It

Personal information from this site goes to these companies:

  • Netlify, Inc. hosts this website. Its servers receive the device and connection data above with each page request and keep server logs. Netlify also receives and stores contact form submissions and forwards each one to us by email.
  • GoDaddy hosts our email. The contact form submissions Netlify forwards to us are received and stored in that email account.
  • Google LLC provides Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads. They load only after you accept analytics or advertising cookies, and each one runs only in the category you accepted.

Apart from these companies, only our firm receives your contact form messages.

We do not sell the personal information collected through this site. We share it only with the companies named above, for the purposes this policy describes.

When you allow analytics or advertising cookies, Google can collect information about your use of this site and other sites over time. Google’s use of that information is described in its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Cookies and Your Choice

The cookie banner offers three categories. Only the first is on by default.

CategoryWhat it doesCookiesDefault
NecessaryKeeps the site working and remembers your cookie choicecc_cookie, set by this site, kept for 182 daysAlways on
AnalyticsShows us which pages visitors read, through Google Analytics_ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, set by GoogleOff until you turn it on
AdvertisingShows us whether our Google ads bring visitors to the site_gcl_au and other cookies beginning _gcl or _gac, set by GoogleOff until you turn it on

Google sets the lifetime of its own cookies, and lists them at https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.

Until you choose, the site loads nothing from Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or Google Ads. If you choose "Reject all", none of them load at all.

To change your choice, select "Cookie settings" at the foot of any page. If you turn off analytics or advertising, the site deletes that category’s Google cookies and reloads the page without them. You can also delete cookies in your browser’s settings. The banner then asks again on your next visit.

The site also keeps one short-lived note in your browser’s session storage when you send the contact form, so the confirmation page can count the submission once. It holds only the form’s name and the page it was on, and it is cleared when the confirmation page loads or when you close the tab.

Do Not Track

This site does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Analytics and advertising cookies stay off unless you turn them on in the cookie banner, whether or not your browser sends Do Not Track.

How Long We Keep It

  • Contact form submissions: kept in Netlify and in our email with no set deletion date.
  • Server logs: kept by Netlify for up to 30 days.
  • Google Analytics data: data tied to individual visits and events is kept for 2 months. Totals in Google Analytics’ standard reports are not affected by this limit.
  • Your cookie choice: 182 days, after which the banner asks again.

Reviewing or Changing Your Information

To ask what personal information we hold about you from this site, or to correct or delete it, send us a message through our contact form or call (310) 455-6810. Before we act on a request, we confirm it comes from you by matching it to the email address you used on the contact form. If you call, we will ask for that email address. We will respond in up to 45 days.

Changes to This Policy

When we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. We do not send a separate notice of changes, so please check this page for the current version.
